Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Natural Language Processing (NLP) using modern tools and frameworks. Students will learn how to work with the Hugging Face ecosystem, one of the leading platforms for NLP and machine learning.

The course will cover both theoretical concepts and practical implementations, with a focus on:

• Setting up and working with Python-based NLP environments
• Understanding fundamental NLP concepts and techniques
• Hands-on experience with transformer models and the Hugging Face library
• Practical applications using Colab notebooks and Python virtual environments

Students will need to create a Hugging Face account to access course resources and complete hands-on exercises. The course materials will be accessible through both the online learning platform and Colab notebooks, making it flexible for different learning preferences.

This class follows the Hugging Face NLP course.
